  1. Download the Watchlist-Pro app from our website
  2. Run the installer package
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions
  4. Sign in with your Watchlist-Pro account details
  5. Start enjoying your personalized watchlist!


Note: Make sure your system meets these requirements:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • 4GB RAM minimum
  • Stable internet connection

Adding a cloud storage to your account is easy:

  1. Open your Watchlist Pro app settings
  2. Navigate to "Storage Options"
  3. Click "Add Cloud Storage"
  4. Select your preferred cloud provider (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
  5. Log in to your cloud account when prompted
  6. Choose the folders you want to sync
  7. Click "Confirm" to complete the setup


Supported Cloud Services:

  • Google Drive
  • Dropbox
  • OneDrive
  • iCloud

Your UID/ID Number can be found in several places:

  1. In the Dextrad App:
    - Go to Settings
    - Select "Account Info"
    - Your UID/ID will be displayed at the top
  2. On the Website:
    - Log in to your account
    - Click on your profile
    - Select "Account Details"


Note: Your UID/ID Number is unique to your account and required for support requests. Keep it secure and don't share it publicly.

  4. Sign in with your Konex Cinema account details
  5. Start enjoying family-friendly entertainment!

  4. When paying manually to pay at least 3 days in advance before my subscription expires but if you are one month in advance you don't need to worry you can decide on 1 day in the month and always pay on that day that will ensure that you would get uninterrupted movie time
  5. Do I lose days?
    No you don't but by keeping your account 1 month in advance you will never be caught off guard and outside our office hours and it will take away the pressure of you and us
